The "Baby Talk Show" is a series of 2-3 minutes videos, explaining about Taipei Education Bureau policy towards kindergartens in the city. These videos are intended for young parents looking for information about availability, pricing and available financial helps.
Baby Talk Show features 2 babies as the hosts of the TV program: BigBaby and SmallBaby. They give detailed explanations (in their own special language!) about different charts, but they can also interview special guests... like Taipei Mayor, Mr Ko Wen-je himself!
